We, SmalltalkDevs started our journey with banks a long back since 2006. Build many more applications for financial institutions like Remittance Automation, Insurance Automation, Loan disbursement and Recovery, Legal Litigation and so on.
In 2015, a bank reach to us with a problem statement like "How to handle corporate client batch transaction (payment & collection all together) and reconcile it without any interaction within a day".
We started analysis with bank stakeholders to sketch out the relation between corporate clients and its journey with bank. Finalized some of the key terminologies like clients need to handle and approve transaction with their authorization, bank should proceed within cut-off time, reconciliation reports can be downloaded from anywhere.
CM 360°, one platform, multiple clients, several integrations and connected multiple stakeholders. This platform gave freedom to bank's potential corporate clients. They can easily process/upload their transaction from anywhere, anytime through internet. They can authorize it as per their pre-defined authorization hierarchy from anywhere, any device, anytime. By notifying client’s authorization bank can process those transaction with cut-off time and reconcile it within the timeline. Clients are happy to get transaction status report within a day from anywhere real-time.
CM 360°, is connecting its corporate client end-to-end journey. A client can upload bunch of transaction into the application over internet or shared transaction files in a shared location for processing. And multi-level authorization will take place to appear that file within a batch and come to bank for their final checking and approval. After bank approval and disbursed with several integration like BEFTN, RTGS, Fund Transfer, Mobile Banking, Pay Order, Cheque Payment, PDC, Inbound EFTN & Inbound RTGS from the Cash Management Application itself, notification triggered to the client with successful messaging and emails and transaction voucher send to particular beneficiary.
It also able to return transaction from Bangladesh bank file formats and reconciled with all failed transactions all together. All the required report are available in the system and client can able to download it anytime, anywhere. And so on.
CM 360° platform, gives benefits to potential clients for uploading their own transactions and approve it within their preferred timing. Otherwise, with a manual file from clients and manipulate it for processing is very time consuming and error prom. CM 360° also helps clients to identify errors in transactional data at their end during upload and can preserve it for further upload with correction. Bank can verify all transactions all together and proceed with approval if all are valid otherwise particular transaction can be returned to client for further clarification. CM 360° generates reports real-time for download it from both end. Bank Ops team will get settlement report from platform for management sign-off at day end.

Your client can solely upload bunch of payment/collection instruction all together in a excel file. System will validate all transactions at a moment and show error message for correction as per Central Bank guidelines. User can remove those invalid transaction and proceed with valid transaction instruction only.
Your client / client’s automated process can share transaction file(s) in a SFTP location using VPN connectivity. System will automatically fetch data periodically from those file(s) and create batches for each file and archive it.
Your client can push their transactions with API integration and system generate a batch for processing as a whole. Currently system can handle modern world all API integration through internet.
You can allow your clients to process outbound transaction like BEFTN, RTGS, Fund Transfer, Cheque Payment, Mobile Wallet Transfer and Pay Order.
You can allow your valuable client to collect money from their subscribers using Inbound EFTN, Inbound RTGS and Post Dated Cheque (PDC).
Clients can authorize uploaded transactions or in batch with their own credentials for further processing. Potential clients can suggest their authorization pattern for transactions combination. System is fully capable to customize any authorization process for your valuable client with a very minimum efforts. System facilitate users with notification in both email and SMS channels during their authorization which can reduce anomalous action for their transactions.
Bank can approve transaction batches for your valuable clients one by one with cross checking transactions and amount against each transaction to avoid any error against Central Bank guidelines.
Bank Operation team proceed with transactions in appropriate channels within cut-off time as per commitment. Central Bank process it as per their rules and timeline and revert back the update status for each transaction. System is capable to map each transaction from Central Bank return files.
System properly reconcile all transaction within the timeline and share update with clients separately. Otherwise client can download reports anytime anywhere for keeping those information at their end.
